Privacy Policy

There is no account to create, no sign-in, no newsletter, and no advertising tracker. We never ask for your name, your email, or your phone number, and nothing you read here is tied to you. A site about not handing your details to strangers would be a poor place to start collecting them.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count how many people visit and which pages they read, along with general details like country, browser, and the site you arrived from. It sets no cookies and does not follow you to other websites. These are counts, not profiles — we cannot tell one reader from another, and we have no way to look you up.

The mobile app saves the articles you have loaded onto your own device so they can be read without a signal. That saved copy stays on your phone. It is never sent to us or anyone else, and deleting the app deletes it. The app contains no analytics and no advertising software.

Like every website, ours runs on servers that keep routine technical logs — including the IP address a request came from — to keep the service running and to spot abuse. Our website is hosted by Vercel and our articles are served from a backend hosted by Railway. Those logs are kept briefly and are not used to build a picture of you.

Our Toolkit prints promo codes and typed-out addresses rather than clickable links, on purpose. If you choose to use one of those codes with a company, that company may pay us a commission, and they may know that a customer came from this paper. They do not tell us who you are, and we do not receive your personal details.

This paper is written for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, children included.

We plan to add push notifications to the app. If we do, your device will be asked for permission first, and the app will hold a notification token so the message can reach your phone — this page will be updated before that ships. Any other change gets the same treatment: the policy changes first, with a new date at the top.
